What We Do
Affordable housing
CIAC refurbishes existing properties to provide safe and affordable housing to the community.

CIAC plants trees and shrubs, and cleans up outdoor spaces to keep Wilmerding looking its best.

A safer, more livable community attracts small businesses. CIAC also works with local businesses to further improve Wilmerding.
